Exchange & Return Policy

Because Ciao Bella is a made-to-order/pre-order sales model company, returns and exchanges do take longer than many other companies that carry inventory. If you need to return or exchange an item, expect a replacement to take roughly 8-12 weeks to get back in your hands once we get your return. So, for that reason, it’s really important (can’t stress that enough) to get proper measurements and sizing for the best fit and function.

To be double, triple sure you are ordering the correct size products, Ciao Bella Athletics offers free sizing consults via e-mail, text, phone or video. Please check the sizing chart and videos to get the proper fit for you.

  • Communication and initiation for a return or exchange must be done within 14 days of receiving your initial purchase.

  • The item(s) cannot be worn, used or washed. 

  • PLEASE keep your undergarments on when trying products on at home.

  • The original tags must be attached and the hygiene liner must be affixed to the shorts or tri suit shorts.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping charges for any returns or exchanges.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be added for each exchanged item. There is not an extra fee for returns. Just remember, for exchanges, it will take up to 10 weeks for the new size/item to arrive you after Ciao Bella Athletics receives the exchange. Please plan accordingly for races/training/etc.

  • Ciao Bella Athletics is not responsible for lost return packages.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

  • Ciao Bella Athletics reserves the right to deny or accept any refund or exchange at our discretion.

Ciao Bella Athletics stands behind the quality of the products you receive.Tags and the sanitary liner must be in place. If you think there is a manufacturing flaw, please send an email or give a call/ text to: ciaobellaathletics@gmail.com or 715-432-8622. Typical wear is not considered a manufacturing flaw.
